Supervisory Facility Operations Specialist

Supervisory Facility Operations SpecialistAs a Supervisory Facility Operations Specialist, you will perform the following duties:Manages the regional Maintenance Assistance Team (MAT) program.Develops and implements program framework and guidelines.Oversees the identification, scoping, prioritization, estimating of preservation projects.Manages financial oversight of MAT operations (e.g., travel, purchases, and expenses).Identifies organizational, project and execution issues, assisting with solutions.Develops long range cyclic maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repair/rehabilitation plans.Develops and reviews project proposals, plans, estimates, and schedules for all maintenance and operations.Prepares reports to include annual reports, project summaries, program briefings, accomplishment reports, and annual reports.
