Location: THE PIG, near Bath, Pensford, BS39 4NS Salary: OTE £18.40 per hour, including tronc Hours: 40 hours per week Overview A Sous role at THE PIG is like no other. Responsibilities You will assist the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen, managing one of the 4 sections, providing new ideas for the menu, and managing health and safety, ordering and rotas. We’re seeking Sous with confidence and ability to support a dynamic team. Our Sous can experience what we offer at more than one of our properties, as well as stepping up into a Senior Sous role. Qualifications Knowledge of all areas of the kitchen is essential. We want you to be passionate about modern British food and sustainability. Previous experience in a similar role is necessary. Can you remember who inspired you to be a chef, can you share your knowledge with the junior chefs?
