Accounting Specialist Scottsdale, AZ $70,000-$75,000 A well-established Arizona-based organization is seeking an Accounting Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys a hands‑on role, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants exposure to a variety of accounting functions across multiple business entities. Key Responsibilities Perform full-cycle bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting activities Process and code vendor invoices and ensure timely posting Monitor and record banking transactions Prepare and post journal entries Manage corporate credit card programs and employee expense reimbursements Assist with monthly bank reconciliations Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with GAAP standards Required 3+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or staff accounting experience Experience with QuickBooks Experience supporting month-end close activities Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
