Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Accurately weigh and process inbound and outbound truck loads using scale systems* Issue tickets, invoices, and documentation while ensuring data accuracy and compliance* Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and plant personnel to coordinate traffic flow* Maintain organized records and reconcile daily transactions and reports* Support plant operations by monitoring inventory movements and identifying discrepancies* Provide administrative and operational support as needed, including assisting with production reporting, data entry, customer interactions, coordinating site activities, and performing other duties to support efficient site operations.**What Are We Looking For*** Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple transactions accurately* Effective communication skills and confidence interacting with drivers, customers, and team members* Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining organization and composure* Basic computer proficiency and comfort with scale or point of sale systems* Dependable, safety focused mindset with a commitment to teamwork and accountability**Work Environment** This role is based at an active aggregates or ready mix facility with frequent interaction with trucks, equipment, and outdoor conditions.
