Billing Coordinator's primary responsibilities include sending invoices and account updates to customers, receiving, sorting, and tracking incoming payments, addressing and resolving client questions and issues relating to invoices, and providing regular, accurate reports of billing data.

This position will report to the Controller.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Collecting and accurately recording billing data
• Creating and issuing accurate invoices
• Addressing any billing problems or disagreements timely
• Analyzing and writing reports on billing statistics
• Communicating with customers to help them resolve problems and find answers to questions
• Monitoring payments and accounts to look for any discrepancies
• Proactively following up on outstanding payments

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or GED required
• Degree preferred, but not required. Education and equivalent work experience considered.
• High degree of attention to detail
• Customer focused mindset
• Strong administrative skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills
