Land Surveyor
The Riverstone Company is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in land surveying techniques and tools, ensuring accurate measurements and data collection for various projects. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years' experience with Acad Civil 3D and the preparation of survey drawings, maps, and documents. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to work as part of a team. Must be able to collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate survey information. Must be able to develop detailed schematics, survey reports and legal descriptions, ensure compliance with local regulations and standards during surveying activities and research property information, pulling deeds, plats and various recorded documents.
· Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
· Ability to manage project staff
· Experienced with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and other similar programs
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
