Job Description
Our client, an Elite law firm, is seeking a CPA with 5+ years of experience to support estate, gift, fiduciary, and income tax matters—offering a unique and exciting opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-impact wealth planning strategies alongside top-tier legal and tax professionals!!
\n \nKey Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Collaborate with a team of CPAs, attorneys, and other professionals on client matters \n
- Partner directly with clients, outside advisors, and family offices \n
- Conduct research and analysis on gift, estate, GST, and income tax issues \n
- Prepare financial models, including balance sheets and cash flow projections, to support estate and wealth transfer planning \n
- Prepare and/or review gift, estate, and fiduciary tax returns and related accountings \n
- Review asset appraisals for estate and gift tax reporting \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- CPA license required \n
- Strong tax research, analytical, and problem-solving skills \n
- Advanced Excel proficiency \n
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills \n
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of tax experience in a professional services capacity, or a Master of Taxation and interest in growing and developing a long-term career.
