Field Services SupervisorAs a Field Services Supervisor you will be responsible for providing oversight to field services employees and equipment at customer sites, ensuring safety and satisfaction for both internal and external customers.Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all timesProvides supervision of site crew to ensure that work is performed according to consultant and customer specifications; performs each job in the most efficient manner possibleOversees the safety of the crew, ensuring employees are wearing proper safety equipment and following safe work practicesKeeps customer informed of job progress; answers any onsite questions and maintains good customer relationsCompletes daily paperwork to track labor, equipment, supplies and materials used for billing purposes and other associated documentation; keeps project manager informed of changes in usage from contractServes as backup/fill-in for any crew position as neededSupervises emergency response teams as neededParticipates in hiring, performance evaluation, promotion and discipline decisions as neededTakes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organizationEducation- High-school diploma or equivalent (required)Experience3+ years of hazardous waste field experience (required)*Due to the potential exposure to atmospheres/waste/materials, this position requires individuals to be clean shaven at all times in order to don a respirator for protection.Benefits, Compensation & Workforce DiversityArcwood offers competitive pay and bonus incentives.
