Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Trim And Healthy Mental Clinic, you will engage with a diverse client population experiencing various mental health issues including, but not limited to, substance abuse, severe anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and eating disorders. You will utilize culturally responsive practices to ensure treatment is accessible and effective for individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, empowering clients on their journey to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid professional license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, supporting individuals with a range of mental health issues.
