Employment Specialist

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness throughout Arizona. Employment Specialist Employment Specialists provide work‑related services, including assessment, job readiness training, and skill building with patients. The role spends at least 80 % of its time working in the community with employers, community colleges, skill centers, probation, and the criminal justice system. After employment is obtained, the Specialist works with each client to ensure ongoing supports sustain active, meaningful employment. Skills / Requirements High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in behavioral health or medical field preferred. Minimum of one year of experience in behavioral health or medical field. Lived experience in recovery from mental health and substance use disorders, homelessness, family members, and veterans preferred. Current AZ Driver’s License (valid and in good standing). Clear 39‑month Motor Vehicle Record. Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9‑10‑101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures. Benefits Generous PTO accrual (5 weeks).
