Member Services Administrator

The Member Services Administrator is a highly organized, service-oriented professional who serves as one of the primary points of contact for TCA members. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this position supports member services, conference operations, financial processing, and administrative functions that help keep the association running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Member Services: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting members and prospective members via phone and email Process memberships, renewals, conference registrations, and publication orders Maintain accurate member records Prepare monthly membership and revenue reports for TCA divisions and chapters Support post-conference registration reconciliation, refunds, certificates, and membership bundles Staff liaison to assigned committees Operations & Administration: Process bank deposits, reconcile daily batches, and assist with financial bookkeeping Process invoices, expense reimbursements, and credit card reconciliations Assist with audit preparation and other financial support projects Manage publication inventory and coordinate purchases for the office and events Help ensure shared workspaces remain organized and professional Conference & Event Support: Assist with conference planning, preparation and onsite registration Coordinate setup and configuration of the conference management platform with staff and vendors Support shipping, logistics, event materials, and attendee experience before, during, and after conference College degree preferred Two or more years of customer service experience for professional associations, or a related field Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Teams, Outlook) Experience working with database or association management systems Knowledge of HigherLogic, Canva, or similar platforms a plus Positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to jump in whenever needed Valid Texas driver's licence and ability to travel occasionally throughout Texas #J-18808-Ljbffr
