Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring high standards of food quality and safety
• Manage stock, staff scheduling, and sales performance to maximize productivity
• Recruit, train, and motivate a talented kitchen team to meet sales and service goals
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with enthusiasm and professionalism

A Manager should:

• Work a minimum of forty-five hours per week in the restaurant (5 days), including Friday and Saturday
• Allocate at least two hours per week to planning

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have 2 years of Kitchen Leadership experience
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with a resourceful approach
• Excellent communication and teamworking abilities
• Confidence in managing budgets and financial records
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to take initiative
