Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 30-Minute Lunch Break | No On-Call Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit during overnight shifts
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Monitor and document patient status, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Adhere to facility policies, protocols, and standards of nursing practice

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Texas (or compact eligibility)
• BLS certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Local candidates will not be considered for this position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a Medical Surgical specialty setting
• Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into new facility environments
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
