Overview
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Associate (CRA) to support customer relationships and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, organized, and able to build strong relationships while supporting day-to-day customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer needs and inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Support customer retention and relationship-building initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer information and records.
