Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular meetings with clients and caregivers to evaluate progress toward therapy goals, utilizing best practice modalities tailored to individual cultural contexts.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local community members and service providers to enhance client resources and support networks.

• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with team members on clinical casework, sharing insights and strategies to optimize treatment plans and client outcomes.
\n
• Document mental health progress notes, care plans, incident reports, and other relevant documentation with accuracy and in a timely manner in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Be available for crisis intervention services, potentially participating in an on-call rotation when necessary.
\n
• Engage in individual and group supervision sessions to reflect on clinical practice and continually improve skills.

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality regarding client information and business operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on youth and young adults, specifically those who may be experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Many of our clients come from diverse backgrounds and may face systemic barriers to accessing mental health support. You will play a crucial role in helping them navigate these challenges, providing empathetic and culturally informed care while empowering them to make positive life choices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW) is required for this position.

• Current California Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensure.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or rehabilitation setting is preferred.

• Certification in CPR is mandatory.

• Strong organizational and critical-thinking skills, with a proven ability to handle competing priorities.

• Proficiency in applying effective assessment, interviewing, and counseling techniques.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in a rehabilitation setting specifically catering to clients with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, or acute diagnoses will be highly valuable. Familiarity with trauma-informed care and best practices for working with young people is desirable.

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, complemented by performance incentives.
