Key Responsibilities\n

You will work primarily with individuals battling substance use disorders, including veterans and diverse community members facing challenges related to addiction. The clients we serve come from various backgrounds, each presenting unique stories and needs. Your role will be pivotal in fostering their recovery journey while addressing accompanying mental health issues that are often present.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Demonstrated understanding of substance use disorders and a commitment to using evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Proven experience delivering both individual and group therapy within the context of addiction treatment.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills complemented by strong communication abilities, with a non-judgmental and empathetic approach to client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n
