Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques.

• Assessing clients through telehealth modalities to identify their unique needs and create personalized treatment plans.
\n
• Engaging in case discussions with fellow clinicians to share insights, enhance skills, and collaborate on client care strategies.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies.
\n
• Participating in regular training and supervision sessions to refine clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

• Networking and collaborating with community resources to facilitate holistic support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on engaging with adolescent and young adult clients who may be experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. With a maximum of eight clients in each group session, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships, fostering an environment conducive to healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
\n
• A valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or equivalent is essential. Junior-licensed clinicians are welcome, with supervision provided.

• Availability to dedicate between 12 and 40 hours per week, depending on whether you choose a 1099 contract or W2 employment.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing empathetic and culturally competent care.
\n
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide:
