Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address each patient's specific needs, focusing on mobility enhancement, strength building, and functional improvements.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities that promote physical well-being and alleviate pain.
• Educate patients on body mechanics, effective exercise techniques, and home exercise programs to support their recovery outside of therapy sessions.
• Administer and monitor the use of therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy as prescribed.
• Document patient progress meticulously, tracking improvements in range of motion, strength gains, and overall health outcomes.
• Prepare treatment areas efficiently, ensuring that equipment and supplies are organized and readily accessible for therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians to coordinate comprehensive care and maximize patient outcomes.
• Provide emotional support to patients, fostering a motivating atmosphere that encourages perseverance throughout the rehabilitation journey.
