Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' presenting issues, personal histories, and treatment objectives, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs.

• Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy using various evidence-based methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy.

• Design and implement tailored treatment programs, adapting interventions as necessary to meet the evolving needs of clients.

• Collaborate closely with clients to create and refine personalized treatment plans, regularly monitoring their progress to promote positive outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with school-aged children and adolescents, as well as their families. Your focus will be on addressing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and interpersonal conflicts, ensuring that students receive the necessary resources and support to thrive during their academic journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience, ideally in a private practice or school setting.

• Demonstrated expertise in assessment, treatment planning, and the implementation of interventions.

• Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills essential for building rapport with clients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
