Job Title: Collections Agent

Location: Arlington, TX 76018

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Pay Scale: $17 - $19.00/hr.

Job Description:

Shift: Should be flexible with shift hours between 8:00 am - 10:00 pm Mon-Fri with working 2-3 Saturdays in a month and 1 Sunday per quarter.

• Meet performance expectations for collection efforts for assigned accounts based upon individual goals and objectives, e.g., a minimum call per day, contact percentage, promises/calls ratio, and promises kept.
• Determine the cause of delinquency and the best course of action to assist delinquent customers
• Ensure that all delinquent accounts and assigned queues have been thoroughly worked according to standardized collection procedures.
• Previous Bilingual customer service, collections, or sales experience is highly preferred.
