Human Resources Generalist
A rapidly growing organization in the retail, entertainment, and hospitality sector is seeking a human resources professional to help support its expanding U.S. operations. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact across multiple locations and contribute to an engaging workplace culture.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Certificate, diploma, or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent across multiple markets
- Create and maintain job descriptions, interview guides, and postings that reflect company culture
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain employee records, audit HRIS systems, and ensure compliance with internal documentation
- Prepare reports, analyze HR metrics, and develop presentations or training materials
- Monitor employment laws and support compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Handle sensitive employee information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity
