We are currently hiring  Machine Operators to join our growing manufacturing team. This role is perfect for individuals with experience in production or those looking to start a career in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machines safely and efficiently
• Load raw materials and monitor machine performance
• Perform product changeovers as needed
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Use measuring tools such as  calipers, gauges, and micrometers (a plus)
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Keep work area clean and follow all safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous  machine operator or manufacturing experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable and punctual
