Family Support & Case Manager
MERIDEN-NEW BRITAIN-BERLIN YOUNG MENS CHRISTIAN ASSOCATION
MERIDEN-NEW BRITAIN-BERLIN YOUNG MENS CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION is seeking a position that supports families through a family-centered case management model within Head Start. The role involves developing and carrying out Family Partnership Agreements, managing child files, and handling enrollment and applications to ensure program goals are met.
