Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote LMFT, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting secure and confidential therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families using telehealth technology, ensuring a safe therapeutic space.

• Performing comprehensive assessments to understand clients' relational dynamics and mental health concerns, followed by developing individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.

• Applying family systems theory and systemic interventions to address issues such as communication breakdowns, family stressors, and relationship conflicts.

• Providing immediate support and crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients and their families.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential electronic client records, progress notes, and treatment plans that comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Educating clients on effective communication, conflict resolution, and coping strategies tailored to their unique situations.

• Collaborating with a dedicated virtual team of therapists and mental health professionals to enhance the overall care provided to clients.

• Engaging in continuous professional development through research and training to stay current on best practices in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on assisting a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing multifaceted issues such as relationship struggles, family breakdown, stress, anxiety, and life transitions. You will help clients enhance their relational and emotional well-being through tailored guidance and support.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• A Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapy, ideally with a focus on marriage and family dynamics.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong connections with clients through a virtual platform.

Compensation and Benefits\n
