This role offers the chance to advise public school districts, handle sophisticated special education matters, and work directly with school leaders on issues that have a real impact on local communities. Competitive candidates will have a strong background in special education matters, IDEA, Section 504, due process hearings, and related counseling work. Public-sector labor and employment experience is a plus. The firm offers hybrid flexibiliy, a steady pipeling of sophisticated work, and a strong presence in the South Jersey education community.
