We are seeking ​an experienced bookkeeper to join a partner accounting firm of ours. This position is not for Triumph Signs. You will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

• Assist with general accounting/daily bookkeeping for several clients
• QuickBooks bank reconciliations & monthly financials
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Help with office phones occasionally

Qualifications:

• Fundamental knowledge of QuickBooks
• 10 years experience with bookkeeping
• Self-starter, ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Tax return knowledge a plus
