Overview:Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of largest health delivery systems in California, seeks accomplished Patient Services Representative Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship Location: San Francisco, CA 94143 Duration: 26 weeks, but could be extendedNotes:100% onsite role.Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8:00AM - 5:00PM.Description:Back office and call center.Answer incoming calls from patients and provide information, assistance, and support.Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers and clinical staff.Verify patient demographic and insurance information.Document patient interactions, inquiries, and appointment details accurately.Follow established call center protocols, including HIPAA compliance, to protect patient confidentiality.Handle patient complaints and concerns professionally and empathetically.Provide basic medical information and directions to patients as appropriate.Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve patient issues.Estimated number of patients in clinic per day or calls per day if call center: About 55-60 calls per day.Qualifications:6 months to 1 year of experience required.Excellent customer service skills.Prefer Apex trained/experienced candidates.Strong communication abilities.A collaborative, team-oriented attitude.A willingness to learn and adapt.I'd love to talk to you if you think this position is right up your alley, and assure a prompt communication, whichever direction.
