Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your own home while leveraging technology to connect with clients across California. As part of our telehealth initiative, you will have access to state-of-the-art digital tools that facilitate secure patient interactions and clinical documentation, making it easier to offer support tailored to clients’ needs. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient schedules and urgent needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual circumstances.

• Execute evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, delivering therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and therapeutic support groups focusing on common issues like stress management, coping strategies, and community-building.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care plans for patients.

• Manage crisis interventions effectively, providing immediate support during mental health emergencies while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources to enhance their recovery journeys.

• Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards pertaining to confidentiality and documentation.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
