Mental Health Professional

Ideal candidates will be independently licensed in Minnesota (LP, LPCC, LMFT, or LICSW). Preferred to have at least 3 years of experience providing psychotherapy services. Willing and able to travel and work out of four different sites depending on the need of the clinic(s) – this includes the Dunlap location, Rice Street location, the YWCA location, and our Saint Paul City Schools location. Must have a strong interest in working with patients through a holistic framework. Must be comfortable providing services mainly in-person and some via telehealth. Must be motivated, team-oriented/collaborative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment in a community clinic setting. Desired candidates would have strong interpersonal skills, be social justice-oriented, and would be someone who can de-escalate problems quickly and effectively in their environments.

Provide both short and long-term individual, family, couples, and/or group psychotherapy services; if licensed as a psychologist, ability to conduct psychological testing and provide supervision to pre-licensed practitioners as needed. Participate in weekly group consultation with other behavioral health colleagues; attend quarterly all-staff meeting with entire clinic. Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and clinical presentations. Experience providing trauma-informed care/services and/or crisis services. Experience working with populations that struggle with substance abuse.

Flexible schedule. Clinical consultation and supervision included. Health insurance and continuing education fees included. Part of the National Health Service Corps – student loan reimbursement program. $75-80k depending on experience.
