Position Overview:
We're partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to hire a creative and results-driven Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you'll support brand growth, digital marketing initiatives, trade show execution, content development, and customer engagement efforts across multiple channels.
You'll work closely with sales and leadership teams to develop marketing strategies, manage social media and website content, coordinate industry events, analyze campaign performance, and drive brand awareness. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and making a measurable impact within a growing organization.
What You'll Do as a Marketing Coordinator:
Support marketing strategies and initiatives that drive brand growth and awareness
Manage social media content and support ongoing digital marketing efforts
Develop and coordinate website content to support marketing and customer engagement goals
Assist with SEO/SEM initiatives and monitor website analytics
Coordinate trade shows, industry events, and other marketing activities
Develop and support content creation across multiple marketing channels
Partner with sales and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement
Support customer engagement initiatives and strengthen the organization's brand presence
Manage multiple marketing projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail
Collaborate across teams to ensure marketing projects are completed effectively and on schedule
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of B2B marketing experience
Experience with digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and website analytics
Trade show and event management experience
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and content creation preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
