• Working knowledge of the foreclosure lifecycle and associated documentation
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a high-volume workload
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently while meeting established deadlines
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage foreclosure files throughout the sales process while maintaining accuracy and compliance
• Verify foreclosure timelines and confirm all required legal and procedural steps have been completed
• Review financial figures, bids, fees, and costs for accuracy prior to scheduled sales
• Evaluate account activity, payment history, repayment plans, and servicing documentation
• Confirm files meet investor and servicing guidelines before moving forward with foreclosure sales
• Conduct required account research, including military status verification and related documentation
• Coordinate foreclosure postponements and update file activity as needed
• Monitor servicing platforms for sale approvals and account status changes
• Maintain organized records and ensure all tasks are completed within established deadlines
• Assist with additional projects and departmental initiatives as assigned
