CGP: Staff Accountant

Looking for a long-term new opportunity with a growing real estate corporation? Our client in the Property Management is looking for their next Staff Accountant for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is fully onsite in San Diego, CA. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $30 to$35 per hour.
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:- 2-4 years of Staff Accountant experience
- Fully Cycle Accounts Payable experience
- Property Management experience preferred but not required
- AppFolio Property Software nice to have.
- Experience with month end close & GAAP
- Strong excel - pivot tables & VLOOKUPS
