Roto-Rooter Plumbers is hiring a full-time Customer Service Rep - Accounts Receivable Specialist in Columbia, TN!

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

The Difference You'll Make As Our Customer Service Rep - Accounts Receivable Specialist:
Send invoices through email and company software
Post and apply customer payments
Contact customers regarding outstanding balances
Maintain customer billing records
Assist with AR reporting
Review and batch invoices
Maintain office reports
Answer multiple phone lines
Support dispatching and scheduling
Make outbound customer calls
Assist with administrative office tasks
The Skills We're Looking For
Experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, collections, and customer service
Strong communication and phone skills
Comfortable with computers, email, and invoicing software
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
