Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with the clinical team to design and implement patient treatment plans that are tailored to the unique psychosocial assessments provided by each patient.

• Maintain ongoing communication with physicians and healthcare professionals to discuss patient progress, needs, and any emerging concerns or complications.

• Document all interactions and clinical interventions accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with departmental standards and regulations.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques to help patients navigate emotional and behavioral issues.

• Conduct crisis intervention when necessary, assessing situations and developing immediate action plans to ensure patient safety and well-being.

• Work with families and support networks to facilitate effective discharge planning and create comprehensive support systems for patients post-treatment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
