Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client.

  • Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and case conceptualization to inform treatment planning.

  • Engage in collaborative case management, participating in team meetings to discuss client progress, challenges, and treatment modifications.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

  • Active licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

  • Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and evidence-based practice methodologies.

  • A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in a mental health setting, preferably working as a primary therapist.
