About the Role
We’re looking for a Market Director to lead and grow our Seattle market—owning both sales and recruiting performance while building a high-impact, collaborative team
.In this role, you’ll act as both a strategic leader and hands-on operator, responsible for driving revenue, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring strong delivery outcomes. You’ll lead Account Executives and Talent Executives, bringing both sides of the business together to create a seamless, high-performing market

What You’ll Do
- Own the Market
- Lead overall market performance, including revenue growth, client expansion, and delivery success
- Develop and execute market strategies aligned to company goals
- Monitor pipeline, forecasting, and key performance metrics to guide decision-making
- Drive Sales Performance
- Lead and develop Account Executives to generate new business and grow existing relationships
- Support strategic client engagements, negotiations, and account planning
- Ensure strong pipeline generation and consistent revenue attainment
- Lead Recruiting & Delivery
- Oversee recruiting performance to ensure high-quality pipelines and successful placements
- Align recruiting strategy with business demand and client needs
- Drive accountability for key recruiting metrics (activity, submissions, interviews, placements)
- Build & Develop the Team
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team across sales and recruiting
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition in scaling the Cohort Model, supporting the pipeline and development of entry-level talent
- Create clear expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and support career growth
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and alignment with Agility’s core values
- Ensure Operational Excellence
- Maintain visibility into performance through consistent reporting and system usage
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support market growth
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and scale effectively
The Ideal Candidate
- 8+ years of experience in staffing, consulting, or professional services, with demonstrated leadership responsibility
- Proven track record of owning revenue targets and delivering consistent business growth
- Experience leading both sales (business development) and recruiting/delivery teams
- Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
- Proactive, solutions-oriented leader who can drive results
