Manufacturing Assembler – Bayport, MN

Pay & Shift Options:

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:20 PM – 10:20 PM — $23.81/hr
• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:20 PM – 6:20 AM — $24.70/hr

Join a leading window manufacturing company in a fast-paced production environment. This role focuses on assembling high-quality residential window products using tools, working on a production line, and supporting automated equipment to meet daily output goals.

• Assemble window frames, sashes, trim, glass components, and hardware
• Perform repetitive line work (target: ~1 window per minute)
• Use hand and power tools (saws, nail guns, drills, measuring tools)
• Read basic work instructions and follow standard operating procedures
• Pick, stage, and move materials to support production lines
• Load materials and assist automated machinery
• Measure and inspect parts to ensure quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Large-scale manufacturing facility focused on window production
• Fast-paced, team-based assembly line environment
• Combination of repetitive work, standing, lifting, and tool use
• Production-driven setting with performance goals

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, construction, or using tools
• Comfortable working at a fast pace and repetitive tasks
• Ability to stand for full shift and lift materials regularly
• Strong reliability and work ethic

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Bayport, MN.

The pay range for this position is $23.81 - $24.70/hr.
