Financial Oversight: Oversee project budgeting, cost monitoring, monthly billing, and complete cost-at-completion analyses. Subcontractor Management: Lead trade buyout, negotiate terms, and draft clear subcontracts. Client & Owner Relations: Direct design changes, manage associated costs, and settle change requests collaboratively with owners. Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with field pros, clients, and consultants to deliver top-tier projects on time. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent technical background. Experience: 5+ years in construction management, successfully delivering 2–3 projects valued at $20M+ .
