As a fully remote position, this role provides flexibility with scheduling between 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and interviews with clients to gather crucial social, personal, environmental, and health information.

• Deliver psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, using evidence-based methodologies to evaluate and treat various mental health issues.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans to address clients' emotional and social needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services, facilitating short-term resolution to behavioral health challenges while referring clients to community resources as needed.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans meticulously in accordance with established protocols and maintain accurate records to reflect the scope of services provided.

• Actively evaluate the efficacy of treatment through feedback and assessment tools, ensuring a high standard of care is upheld.

Your clinical practice will primarily focus on individuals struggling with a range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, grief, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

The role of LCSW at Holistic Counseling requires the following:
