Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated expertise in building rapport with clients through effective communication and strong interpersonal skills in a virtual setting.

• Empathy and compassion to understand and address the unique experiences and hurdles faced by clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to balance multiple clients and documentation needs effectively.
