What You’ll Do: Lead and develop BOH teams Drive food quality, consistency, and execution Manage inventory, food costs, and kitchen operations Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are always exceeded Create a culture of accountability, energy, and teamwork What We’re Looking For: Kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant Strong hands‑on experience with Latin cuisine Passion for coaching and developing team members Strong operational and food safety knowledge Spanish‑speaking or bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Why Join Us?
