We are seeking a dedicated Employee RelationsSpecialist to join ourteam and be a part of ourlife-changing mission . This is a full-time positionbased out of the Marklund Wasmond Center in Elgin. The hours for thisposition are Monday- Friday 8:00AM- 4:00PM. The salary range for thisposition is $70,000- $74,000 based on qualifications and experience. You will make a difference at Marklund in the following ways: Serve as the primary HR contact for employee relations mattersacross the organization. Conduct workplace investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions. Coach managers on performance management, corrective action,policy interpretation, and employee relations best practices. Partner with leaders to resolve workplace issues while ensuringconsistent application of HR policies and employment laws Other duties as assigned Experience and Skills Human Resources Manager Qualifications: PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred Minimum of 4 years of experience desired In-depth knowledge of and ability to apply employment law,regulations and best practices required Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency with HRIS systems, or ability to quickly learn An ideal candidate will also have an exceptional work ethic, positiveattitude, and a strong commitment to managing our HR policies andprograms along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment, and the desire to contribute to a strong culture wherethe entire team works together to support our mission.
