Full Time US Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $95,000.00 Annually TF Cornerstone Inc. is seeking an Independent, Live-Out Assistant Building Manager to help oversee the operations of a large luxury rental building in Manhattan. Applicant must be able to demonstrate a high level of mechanical aptitude, experience with apartment preparation, excellent organizational and communication skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Primary responsibilities will include assisting with: Supervision of day-to-day maintenance operations Troubleshoot Mechanical Issues Overseeing of apartment preparation Supervision of staff members Training of new hires Maintaining resident relations Management of vendor relations Special projects Other related duties as needed JOB REQUIREMENTS Candidate must have at least five (5) years’ of recent supervisory experience, preferably in a large luxury rental building in NYC. Facilities/Operations experience with strong working knowledge of building systems. Proficiently skilled in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and basic construction. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Highly motivated service-oriented self-starter. Ability to communicate clearly with residents. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis. Candidate must be able to respond to emergencies 24/7.
