This position operates in a fully remote setting through a telehealth platform, allowing for flexible scheduling options. The work schedule generally runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs. The telehealth platform enables you to conduct therapy sessions, assessments, and consultations from the comfort of your home or designated workspace.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify the needs of patients, utilizing standardized tools and creative exploration of personal history.

• Formulate personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the individual's specific challenges.

• Organize and lead psychoeducational support groups that address common mental health concerns, building a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, holistic care for patients, discussing complex cases during regular team meetings.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and facilitating transitions to higher levels of care if needed.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system to track patient progress and treatment outcomes.

You will serve a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
