This is a in-office role with no remote or hybrid option. Key Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll for employees across multiple states.
- Ensure payroll is accurate, timely, and compliant with applicable laws and company policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and reduce manual work.
- Support and manage Dayforce system enhancements and updates.
- Perform payroll audits and research and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Prepare payroll reports and provide data support to HR, Finance, Operations, and IT.
- Maintain compensation records
- Assist with payroll-related projects and process improvements.
- 5+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a high-volume, multi-state environment.
- Hands-on experience processing payroll through an HRIS/HCM system; Dayforce preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data validation, and data reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Experience identifying process improvements and automating manual tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex payroll issues.
