Location: Field-Based / In-Market
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Performance-Based (Top performers earn $5,000–$10,000+/month)
Schedule: Afternoon–Evening Canvassing

Role Overview

As an Energy Consultant – Entry Level , you will represent Housebuildr in residential neighborhoods, educating homeowners on energy-saving solutions and setting qualified appointments for our senior consultants.

You are the first point of contact and a critical part of the sales process.

No solar experience is required — training, scripts, and daily coaching are provided .

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach

• Educate residents on energy efficiency and solar options

• Qualify homeowners and schedule appointments

• Follow Housebuildr scripts and field standards

• Track activity and results in CRM

• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and coachability
