General Laborer
Our Warehouse position plays a key role in the efficient day-to-day operations of our business by ensuring that our warehouse is maintained in support of our team of drivers.
Responsibilities
- Perform, with supervision, all functional activities for the warehouse.
- Load pneumatic tankers and bottom hopper trailers.
- Perform preventative maintenance as needed.
- Ensure that all necessary documents are filled out and turned in on time.
- Pay strong attention to detail and ensure that all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are followed at all times.
- Stay productive at all times (loading trailers, performing preventative maintenance, cleaning, etc.).
- Report to Manager/Supervisor on a daily basis for instructions.
- Adhere to and reinforce all company safety rules and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment
Work in a shed-type warehouse environment where rail cars pull in. Duties require both indoor and outdoor work. The shift is from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, five days a week, with a rotating schedule. Be prepared to work any day of the week, as the schedule may change monthly.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Joplin, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
