Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
• Active Minnesota Special Education Teaching License (or eligibility for reciprocity)
• Experience developing and managing IEPs
• In-depth understanding of IDEA and special education compliance
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Experience

• Work in ASD, resource, self-contained, or assessment roles
• Familiarity with PBIS, MTSS, FBAs, and BIPs
• Experience across elementary and/or secondary student populations
• Solid behavior management and crisis intervention skills
