Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage executive documents accurately and timely
• Maintain comprehensive and organized records for easy retrieval
• Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
• Support multiple executives with day-to-day administrative needs
• Collaborate effectively within the administrative team environment
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in administrative support roles
• Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
