Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in the bustling city of New York United States As the head chef you will oversee all aspects of the kitchen including menu planning food preparation and staff management The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes while also maintaining high standards of food safety and quality This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per week with accommodation provided This is an urgent job opportunity for someone who is dedicated organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences Oversee all food preparation and cooking methods to ensure high-quality meals Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary ingredients Enforce strict standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Collaborate with management to develop new dishes or special menus for events or promotions Handle any customer complaints or concerns related to food quality or service Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a busy restaurant setting Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques ingredients and cuisines Ability to create unique menu items while also adhering to budget constraints Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff effectively Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with staff management and customers Qualifications Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field preferred but not required Relevant certifications such as ServSafe certification highly desirable As an Executive Chef at our establishment you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity leadership skills and passion for food Join our team and be a part of creating delicious and memorable dining experiences for our customers #J-18808-Ljbffr AlSafe Finance Kuwait
